Carpaccio di Salmone

Thin slices of salmon crudo marinated in lemon juice and olive oil,

topped with fresh shaved fennel and Pecorino romano cheese,

topped with citrus vinaigrette.

Carpaccio di Manzo

Beef tenderloin, lightly dressed with white truffle lemon caper aioli,

shaved grana padano cheese and baby arugula.


Carpaccio di Barbabietole

Thinly sliced beets, served with Goat Cheese, caramelized

pecans fresh spinach and orange Vinaigrette.



Stufato di Manzo al Vino Rosso

Rustic Italian beef stew, braised in red wine served with pappardelle pasta,

fresh cherry tomatoes and spinach.
Risotto ai Frutti di Mare

Seafood risotto with clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, calamari, and lobster meat,

served with fresh lemons and micro greens





Filetto Di Maiale e Risotto allo Zafferano

Oven roasted pork loin served with saffron risotto,

sautéed spinach and blueberry sauce.


Pollo alla Cacciatore

Organic chicken supreme, braised with roasted vegetables, wild mushrooms

in a white wine and light tomato sauce, served with creamy polenta and fresh arugula.


Pesce al Forno

Marinated Barramundi filet, baked in the oven, served with truffled

purple mashed potatoes and a citrus watercress salad.
